I’m so excited that summer is here! :) I can’t wait to start doing “summer” things like, going to the beach, hanging by the pool, picnics, etc.! I have three new swimsuits that I can’t wait to hang out in! :) I’ve never been so excited to wear a swimsuit and it feels so awesome to actually feel okay in one! I’ve still got a ways to go but it’s nice to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I’m so close! Only 10 more pounds til my UGW, 0 more pounds til confidence in myself :)
Day 15: Are you a vegan or vegetarian? If so, has this helped you lose weight? If not, would you ever consider turning vegan or vegetarian?
No, I am not currently a vegan or vegetarian, but whenever I move into my apartment in August I would like to attempt being a vegetarian :)
Day 13: Are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way?
Healthy! :) A healthy diet with fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean meats with plenty of exercise!
Day 14: What’s your UGW? When do you plan to reach it?
125! :) Hopefully by July 1! :)
Day 12: What do you normally eat?
Well, since I’m on weight watchers I eat a ton of fruits and veggies since they’re 0 points. I also eat at least one serving of Greek yogurt a day, it’s sooooo yummy! :) For protien, I stick to grilled chicken, deli turkey/ham, and tuna.
I’ve reached my first GW at 135 :)
I’ve been actively blogging for about 2 weeks now and I’m totally in love with it! I’ve received a lot of promos so far and I’d like to return the favor by doing on of my own :)
