I started the 30 day shred at the beginning of July and so far I’ve only done 5 days :/ I’m just not motivated by it and I just can’t get myself to do it! Anyone else having/had problems like this? I need advise?!
On my 30 day shred :/ I’m like 3 days behind! :( and I’m going to the beach tonight with my friends so I’m hoping I’ll do it tomorrow morning and/or later on tonight! I’m at work now the. We leave when I get off :( but I’m staying positive! And I know I’ll catch up! :)
It’s not even a difficult workout, I’ve just been so busy with work and summer school and friends this summer its been hard to workout! Anyone else have this problem during the summer?
This is my calender for Jillian Micheal’s 30 Day Shred! Technically, I still haven;t done my workout for the day, but I’ve already done the video twice (I missed Friday and Saturday :/) But I’m about to go run some errands and I’ll do it once I get back! :)
I was going to weight myself everyday but as you can see that hasn’t happened either! I’m not too stressed about it, as long as I weight myself at least 2 times a week I’m good. Like I said before, I hate weighting myself more than once a week but I’m doing it to hold me more accountable so hopefully I won’t cheat! :)
Anyone else doing the 30 Day Shred? How’s it going for you?
