On my 30 day shred :/ I’m like 3 days behind! :( and I’m going to the beach tonight with my friends so I’m hoping I’ll do it tomorrow morning and/or later on tonight! I’m at work now the. We leave when I get off :( but I’m staying positive! And I know I’ll catch up! :)
It’s not even a difficult workout, I’ve just been so busy with work and summer school and friends this summer its been hard to workout! Anyone else have this problem during the summer?
