Hey :D Congrats on starting the 30DS. A bit of advice though, I wouldn't weigh myself everyday if I were you. You gain a bit of muscle with the 30DS, so the number of pounds you lose isnt a big amount. But you do lose a whole lot of inches all over. You should measure yourself first. :) Good Luck! :D

Yeah, I really don’t like weighing myself everyday, I’m mainly doing to hole myself more accountable. For the past few weeks I’ve been avoiding the scale and just eating leisurely. I know my weight fluctuates on a daily basis but there’s something about seeing the number on the scale that gives me a reality check! I probably won’t do it everyday, but I’ll do it more than once a week, just during these 30 days though! Don’t think I could do it much longer than that! ;)
